The fine print, in plain English.

These Participation Terms ("Terms") apply to creators who apply to or take part in Sensitive Room: Haus of K (the "Program"), a creator workshop run by Sensitive Ones Agency ("we," "us") together with Nurilounge / Haus of K. By applying or participating, you agree to these Terms.

01What the Program is

The Program is a free, brand-sponsored workshop for creators who want to step into skincare and beauty. It runs as an in-person workshop at Haus of K (Hana House, 345 Adams St, Brooklyn, NY 11201) and continues in an online community. Participation is free for selected creators; the chapter's sponsor brand funds the Program.

02Applying & selection

• Applying does not guarantee a place. Cohorts are limited (currently 50 creators) and selected at our discretion based on fit, potential, and the information you provide.
• You confirm the information in your application (handles, audience figures, contact details) is accurate and yours to share.
• You must have the right to participate and create content (including being of the age of majority in your location, or having guardian consent).

03The content you create: unpaid portfolio work

• As part of the Program you will create three (3) organic pieces of content featuring the chapter's sponsor brand.
• These three pieces are unpaid. They are portfolio material you create for your own use and keep. The Program, the sponsor brand, and Haus of K do not pay a fee for these three pieces.
• You grant the Program, Sensitive Ones Agency, Haus of K / Nurilounge, and the chapter's sponsor brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, display, and use this content (with credit where reasonable) to promote the Program and the chapter. You keep ownership of your content.
• You are responsible for following each platform's rules and applicable disclosure requirements (for example, marking content as a partnership or sponsorship where required).

04Brand deals are separate & not guaranteed

The Program is designed to connect standout creators with separate, paid brand partnerships. Those partnerships are negotiated separately, are not guaranteed, and are offered at the discretion of the brands and the Program based on performance and fit. Nothing here is a promise of any deal, payment, or specific outcome.

05Not employment

Participating in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Sensitive Ones Agency, Haus of K, Nurilounge, or any sponsor brand. You take part as an independent creator.

06Conduct

We may decline or remove anyone from the Program for behavior that is unsafe, dishonest, harassing, or disruptive, or for breaching these Terms.

07Changes

We may update the Program and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
