This notice explains how Sensitive Ones Agency handles the information you share when you apply to or take part in Sensitive Room: Haus of K (the "Program").
01What we collect
When you apply through our form, we collect what you choose to give us, which typically includes:
- Your name and email address;
- Your social handles and links (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);
- Approximate follower / audience figures and niche;
- Your location, and any notes or links you add.
02How we use it
- To review your application and decide on cohort selection;
- To contact you about the Program;
- To run the workshop, the community, and the chapter with its sponsor brand.
03Who we share it with
We share what's needed to run the Program with our partner Nurilounge / Haus of K and, where relevant to your selection or a deal, the chapter's sponsor brand. We also use trusted service providers to operate the form and our systems (for example, our form provider and cloud hosting). We don't sell your personal information.
04Keeping it & your choices
- We keep application data only as long as needed for the Program and our records.
- You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
- Third-party platforms you link (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) have their own privacy practices.
